This Cancellation Policy("Policy") constitutes a binding agreement between Vaangio("we," "us," or "our") and its users("user", "customer", "you," or "your"); Vaangio app(s) and website(www.vaangio.com)(hereinafter referred to as "the Platform"). The purpose of this Policy is to establish the terms and conditions governing the cancellation of orders placed through the Platform. By accessing or using the services of the Platform, User explicitly agree to abide by this Policy in its entirety.
1. Cancellation by the User
1.1 As a general rule, once an order is placed, it CANNOT BE CANCELED. If a customer still wishes to cancel an order, a cancellation fee will be charged, based on the stage of food preparation or dispatch status
1.2 Cancellations shall be subject to verification and approval by Vaangio, and may include an applicable cancellation fee as described in Clause 4 below.

NOTE: ALL CANCELLATION REQUESTS WILL BE REVIEWED CASE-BY-CASE. VAANGIO RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DECLINE CANCELLATION REQUESTS ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED. HOWEVER, UNDER SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES, CANCELLATIONS MAY BE CONSIDERED AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF VAANGIO AND OUR DECISION SHALL BE FINAL AND BINDING.
2. Cancellation by Vaangio
2.1 Vaangio reserves the right to unilaterally cancel orders under the following circumstances:

4. Cancellation Fees
4.1 A Nominal cancellation fee of ₹45 or up to the order value will be charged to cover processing and operational costs. The cancellation fee will be deducted before any eligible refund is processed

5. Refund Process
5.1 Refunds for eligible cancellations shall be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of cancellation approval, and will be processed to the original payment method or bank account transfer.
5.2 Refund processing timelines are subject to the policies of the payment gateway or financial institution. VAANGIO SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR DELAYS CAUSED BY THE BANK OR PAYMENT GATEWAY.
5.3 In cases of cancellations initiated by the customer where the merchant or delivery process has already incurred costs, the refund amount shall be adjusted to exclude such costs.

Vaangio shall not be held liable for cancellations, delays, or non-performance arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or technical disruptions.
